2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 28253/2023 dated 24.05.2023.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Marhaura P.S. Case No. 492 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 411, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Three stolen motorcycles have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2022. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected because the petitioner has a number of criminal

5. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-XV, Saran at Chapra/concerned Court below in connection with Marhaura P.S. Case No. 492 of 2022 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Marhaura Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

(ii) The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and non-cooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.

(iii). Both the bailors will be blood relatives of the petitioner.
