There is specific allegation against this petitioner that he gave several rod blows to the deceased.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that informant does not appear to be eye-witness of alleged occurrence because in course of investigation, none of the prosecution witness stated about presence of the informant on the place of occurrence but I am not at all convinced with the above stated submission and accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Daudpur P. S. case no. 15/2014 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra stands rejected.
