The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of writ/writs in the nature of certiorari for set aside the order dated 04.01.2024 passed by the Additional Collector, Sheikhpura in Mutation Revision Case No. 26 41 of 2023, whereby and where under the order dated 10.06.2022 passed in Mutation Appeal Case No. 98 of 2021-2022 by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Sheikhpura has been affirmed.

(ii) For commanding the Respondent, especially Respondent No. 5 and 6 having there is no locus how they have filed the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2297 of 2025(2) dt.18-02-2025 2/2 mutation appeal before the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, challenging the order passed y Circle Officer, Sheikhpura in Mutation Case No. 11906.

(iii) For commanding the Respondents as to why they have interfered with the mutation order passed by the Circle Officer, Sheikhpura whereby the Circle Officer, Sheikhpura has rightly mutated the land in the name of the petitioner.

(iv) For commanding the Respondents to immediately pass an order with regard to affirmation of the mutation order passed by the Circle Officer, Sheikhpura in Mutation Case No. 11906.

(v) For any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper as per the facts and circumstances of the case.

The petitioner may take recourse of alternative remedy provided under Section 9 of Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009 and if he files application challenging the impugned order before the Bihar Land Tribunal within a period of six weeks from today, the learned Tribunal shall decide it on merit within a period of six months.

4. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
