2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences punishable under Section 80(2)/3(1) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners in association of other co-accused are said to have killed the daughter of the informant on non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are sister-in-law and her husband (Nand and Nandosi) of the deceased. They lived separately and have no concern with day to day affair of the deceased or her husband. The husband and mother-in-law of the deceased have already

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5948 of 2025(4) dt.14-08-2025 2/2 been granted regular bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6118 of 2025 and vide order dated 29.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.80059 of 2024 respectively.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the general and omnibus allegation levelled against them, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/ successor Court in connection with Risiyap P.S. Case No.86 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C./Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
