The petitioner is said to have opened fire, causing firearm injury at the hands of informant's daughter but the injury report of informant's daughter, reveals that she sustained the injury, said to be caused by hard and blunt substance, though grievous in nature.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with SAUR BAZAR P.S. Case No. 427 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.
