JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) To direct the respondents to allot the shop/ space to the petitioner in Bhagat Singh Market under Motihari Municipal Corporation in the light of order and judgment dated 11.02.2021, passed in batch cases bearing C.W.J.C. No. 10351 of 2013 others which was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to provide shops/ space to the petitioners within 6 months from the date of the production of this order. Earlier the shop was settled by the agreement of the father of the petitioner Ramesh Chaudhari.

(ii) To hold the earlier order of the Collector, East Champaran, Motihari directed the Municipal

Patna High Court CWJC No.2145 of 2022(2) dt.28-11-2022 2/2 Corporation on 06.05.1999 to allot the shop/ space for carrying their business (since long) in same premises after entering in an agreement on account of such direction the other shopkeepers are enjoying and carrying the business, but the petitioner has been debarred. The father of the petitioner also enter into an agreement with corporation and paying the rent."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Commissioner, Nagar Parishad, Motihari, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted. The writ petition stands disposed off.
