Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State and also heard learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.7.2015 and the first information report reflects that alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, it is submitted that the present case as well as other cases were lodged against the petitioner at the behest of his agnate who set up the informant of the present case as well as informant of other cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
