JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That this application is for issuance of writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/ order/ direction.
(i) To prosecute the respondent no. 4 and 5 for the offence of illegal and forceful demolition of the house of the petitioner and also for implicating of the husband's Son and other family members of the petitioner.
(ii) To be ordered for the Payment of Compensation for the fresh
Patna High Court CWJC No.11226 of 2017(2) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 Construction of the house as well as for the Payment of Compensation of the problem illegally created by the respondent no. 4 and 5.
(iii) For taking proper action against the respondent no. 2 and 3 for not taking any action against the respondent no. 4 and 5.
(iv) To take action as not be directed for the institution of the F.I.R. on the Complaint by the registered Post dt 10.2. 17 to the respondent no. 3."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
