Case No. 600 of 2019 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section(s) 25 (1-B)A and 26/35 of Arms Act. Allegation is that there is a recovery of one countrymade pistol and a cartridge from the possession of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is accused in one more case, he is in custody for more than 5 months and charge-sheet has already been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
