The petitioner is languishing in jail since 16.06.2015 in a case instituted under Sections 323, 324, 307, 379, 447, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, it is a case of assault upon the informant and took away a golden chain of his informant's wife worth Rs.30,000/- by the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidence against the petitioner. From perusal of para-33 of the case diary, it appears that the injury is simple in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction Smt. Swati Kumari Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Raja Pakar ( Barati O.P.)P.S.Case No.25 of 2015. (Sudhir Singh, J) Brajesh Kr./- U T
