In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Buxar (Town ) P.S. Case No.64 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, and 302 IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made that all accused persons named in FIR have jointly and severely fired upon the victim as a result of which the victim died. There is specific narration of fact against the petitioner that he was one of the persons who fired upon the victim.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the
