JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/379/504 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other 4/5 unknown accused persons assaulted the informant and snatched his gold chain and some cash.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that informant and petitioner are working in Hyundai company and on a trivial issue, a verbal duel took place between the. Doctor has found simple injuries. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
