Heard learned counsel for the parties.

After some arguments Mr. S.B.K. Mangalam, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the writ petition to pursue the election dispute running before the court below. Although a prayer has been made seeking direction to the Election Tribunal for an expeditious disposal of the matter but considering the stage at which the election petition rests, I do not think that it is proper to issue any such directions for the wisdom lies within the Tribunal.

The writ petition is disposed of.
