JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 The petitioner is said to have appeared for Intermedidate Practical examination held in the year 2017 by the Bihar School Examination Board. His grievance is that though he had appeared in the Practical examination also, he has been shown absent in the said paper in the result-sheet. Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied on the attendance-sheet, which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-2 to this application to support the petitioner's case that he had appeared in the Practical examination. The petitioner has approached the Bihar School Examination Board through his representation dated 11.07.2017.
