Mr.Dr. Ajeet Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 Petitioners seek bail in connection with Jaipur P.S. Case No.23 of 2019, registered under Sections 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they assaulted the husband of the complainant and he succumbed to injury.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no witness of the occurrence. More over, petitioner no. 2 is lady. They are in custody since 11.09.2019, having no criminal antecedent and charge sheet has been submitted, as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence. Heard learned APP also.

So far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned she is a lady, let petitioner no. 2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Banka, in connection with Jaipur P.S. Case No.23 of 2019.
