The petitioners seek bail in Tariyani P.S. Case No. 61/2012, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named 17 persons including the petitioners and alleged that they all committed dacoity in his house. It is submitted that the petitioners are co-villagers of the informant. The investigating officer visited the place of occurrence but no broken almirah was found on the place of occurrence. Similarly situated co-accused Bhujhawan Sahni @ Bujhavan Sahni has been enlarged on bail by the bench of this Court vide order dt. 23.07.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11401/2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38290 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 2/2 named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 61/2012.
