The petitioner seeks bail in Gaighat P.S. Case No. 151/2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 376, 511, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have put the victim on the ground and made attempt to commit rape with her. The petitioner is in jail since 25.07.2014. He has already remained in jail for more than 13 months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 11th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Gaighat P.S.
