Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner questions the election of respondent No.7 to the post of Mukhiya, Gram Panchayat, Malhipatti in the district of Darbhanga. The mode of challenge and the forum is available to the petitioner under the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act and the Election Rules framed thereunder and the writ petitioner if so advised can take recourse to the same.
The writ petition in such circumstances is held misconceived and is disposed of accordingly.
