JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Except confessional statement of co-accused Dilip Sahni as well as some criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, co-accused Dilip Sahni has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.Case No. 12 of 2013.
