The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 215 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.10. 2019. The police after investigation submitted charge sheet in this case.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and investigation of the case has already been completed, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand)
