The petitioner seeks bail in Naokothi P.S. Case no. 83/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the informant of the case and alleged that Vikash Kumar, Santosh Kumar, Rajendra Jaiswal, Awadh Sao and one unknown person were present there. On the order of Rajendra Jaiswal other accused persons made firing but firing hit on 13 years old child. The police came and seized the cartridge but later on during course of investigation the police made the petitioner accused in the case.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
