JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is specific allegation against this petitioner that he made firing causing fire-arm injury on the belly of informant. The injury report corroborates the allegation and, therefore, I do not feel it proper to release the petitioner on bail, at least at this stage. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 35 of 2015 pending in the court of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka stands rejected.
