The petitioner seeks bail in Bounsi P.S. Case No.279 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of snatching a bag containing Rs.15,000/- cash and causing injury on the head of the informant with the pistol.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that though the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 30.07.2019. Further submission is that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he has been put on T.I.Parade. The petitioner is accused in seven other cases. Heard learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

No.5883 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 Be that as it may, considering facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sapna Ram, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Banka in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No.279 of 2018 with condition that he has to appear before the local police station of his area for a period of nine months, so that the police may watch the activities of the petitioner, otherwise the bail bond of the petitioner shall be cancelled.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Banka for the needful. With the above observation, this application is allowed.
