JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner lifted 7,170.80 quintals paddy from different purchase centers and returned only 2430 quintals rice to the corporation against which petitioner was directed to deposit Rs. 45,18,848/- but out of the total cost of remaining rice to be deposited by the petitioner, the petitioner deposited only up to tune of Rs.3 lacs and he failed to deposit Rs.42,18,848 for which admittedly a certificate case was registered against the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
