The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 353, 342, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that when the informant along with other police personnel were returning with co-accused Ramjeet Yadav from Primary Health Centre after treatment, all the accused persons
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6803 of 2022(2) dt.04-08-2022 2/3 surrounded them on the gate of the P.H.C and forcefully tried to took away the accused from the police custody. The accused persons pelted stones and assaulted the police personnel and damaged the vehicles.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner was not apprehended from the spot. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 435 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down
