JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Pettioner appears to be order giver and is languishing in jail custody since 20-04-2015. No doubt, occurrence is said to have taken place in the year, 2007 but from perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that police submitted supplementary charge sheet against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36672 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No. 05 of 2007 to the satisfaction of Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran.
