2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to pursue the matter in pending Title Suit No. 188 of 2022 which was filed by the petitioner for the same set of land

Patna High Court CWJC No.5016 of 2021(5) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 which is subject matter of the writ petition because it transpires that for the same set of land Title Suit No. 188 of 2022 is pending before the Competent Court of Law. The petitioner may pursue the remedy before the competent Civil Court in Title Suit No. 188 of 2022.

3. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
