This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.382 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402 and 4124 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. 3.

Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 26.07.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.44664 of 2023.

While planning to commit dacoity, the petitioner and others were apprehended. A bike and a loaded pistol have also been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is also accused in fourteen more criminal cases.

I see no reason to review my earlier order dated 26.07.2023. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. The District Judge, Patna is again directed to expedite all the criminal cases registered against the petitioner by transferring them into one Court.
