The sole contention of the petitioner is that he purchased the land of Khesra No. 359, Khata No.47, area 3.75 decimal situated at village Chakhiyan, Anchal- Biharsharif from one Amit Kumar Sinha but Om Prakash Verma demolished the boundary wall and encroached some portion of the land of the petitioner. On the face of it, it appears that the dispute is with regard to possession and demarcation of land and the same can be resolved under Bihar Land Dispute Redressal Act.

Accordingly, I dispose of this writ petition with direction to the petitioner to present petition before the D.C.L.R. for redressal of

Patna High Court CWJC No.10154 of 2016 dt.09-03-2018 2/2 his dispute and D.C.L.R. shall hear the parties and dispose of the case within six months from the date of receipt of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with aforesaid direction.
