The petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case no. 724/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioner and other accused persons and alleged that they enticed away his wife. The victim was recovered and she made her statement. She did make any specific allegation of kidnapping against the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused Vikash Paswan has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40028 of 2015 (2) dt.08-09-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 724/2013.
