2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 351 (2) and 3
(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The allegation in the first information report is that four persons including this petitioner was indulged in hurling abuses and assaulting. Further allegation is that on protest, one Harishankar Yadav and Vikash Yadav fired by means of country made pistol from their house causing injury to the mother, daughter and brother of the informant.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6305 of 2025(3) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 the petitioners are ladies and there is general and omnibus allegation them. The specific allegation is against two coaccused, Harishankar Yadav and Vikash Yadav of opening firing. It is further submitted that both the accused persons are in custody. Petitioners, being ladies, have no concern with the said occurrence.
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail on the ground of allegations made in the F.I.R.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that the petitioners are lady and have no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No.337 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C/482 (2) Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
