Petitioner seeks bail in Raniganj P.S. Case No.98 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner along with other co-accused, Md. Ashgar, was arrested by the police with motorcycle. They could not produce any paper in support of the aforesaid motorcycle. It is further submitted that the police has not been able to establish that aforesaid motorcycle was stolen one because there is no claim made against aforesaid motorcycle by anyone and no separate case has been registered.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6770 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 accused, Md. Ashgar, has already been granted regular bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 25.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.63072 of 2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.98 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
