The petitioners seek bail in Patori P.S. Case No. 126/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 304(B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that his daughter Safina Khatoon was poisoned to death by her husband and other in-laws. Petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased. It is submitted that the petitioners have no any concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. Petitioners are in jail since 08.04.2015 and 27.05.2015 respectively. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
