The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 448, 427, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.7293 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that there is no allegation of using fire arm against the petitioners. He is only the member of the unlawful assembly. Counsel appearing on behalf of the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail.
Considering the fact that there is no allegation of using fire arms against the petitioners, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Rishi Kumar/- U T
