The petitioner seeks bail in Fatehpur P.S. Case no. 69/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The nephew of the informant was found dead in a well. The informant suspected that the petitioner and his son might have killed his nephew and thrown the dead body in the well. There is no eye-witness of the occurrence. Except the suspicion there appears no tangible material. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Prashant Kumar Jha, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case no. 69/2014.
