The petitioner was put under suspension vide order dated 06.09.2017 (Annexure-6) in contemplation of departmental proceeding. From Annexure-7, it appears that on 18.09.2017 charge memo was framed and served on the petitioner. In view of the above, no indulgence at this stage is warranted. However, if the departmental proceeding is not concluded within a period of six months from today, the order of suspension shall be deemed to have been vacated.
