The petitioner seeks bail in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 103/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that his brother-in-law went to Madarsa after receiving a call on mobile but he was killed. The informant suspected the hands of the petitioner and others, as they were threatened the brother-in-law of the informant. The informant is not an eye-witness of the occurrence. Except the suspicion, the police did not collect any further materials. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ravi Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 103/2015.
