2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 320 of 2023 arising out of Tajpur P.S. Case No. 575 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 120B, 396, 397, 307, 412 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, six dacoits committed dacoity in a jewellary shop in the broad day light and out of which three were caught on the spot. Petitioner is one of the accused persons who were caught on the spot.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 9.12.2022.

5. Considering the fact that this is case of broad day light loot, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
