2. The writ petition has been file for:- (i) issuance of an appropriate Writ, order, direction to quashing the order contained in letter no. 1492 dated 9.8.2000 passed by the Chairman, Bihar Bhoodan Yogna Committee Patna respondent No.6,

Patna High Court CWJC No.10996 of 2017(2) dt.28-04-2025 2/3 whereby and whereunder the Chairman, Bihar Bhoodan Yogna committee Patna Respondent no. 6 had cancelled the certificate no. 8081 dated 26.12 1976 issuedby the Bihar Bhoodan committee by which land measuring 15 decimals of plot no. 9 Under Khata No. 71 of villageSansarpur, P.S. Bhorey, District- Gopalganj was settled in the name of Late Sahati and the father of the petitioner under section 14 of the Bihar Bhoodan Yogna Act, 1954.

(ii) To issue an appropriate writ, order, direction to quashing the certificate no. 720472 dated 28.8.2000 granted by the Bihar Bhoodan Yojna comınittee Patna respondent no. 5 in favour of Respondent no.

8 and 9 with respect to the aforesaid piece of land measuring 13 decimals.

(iii) To issue an appropriate writ, order, direction for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, prays to withdraw the petition to approach Respondent No. 3, the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Hathua, District-Gopalganj for redressal of his grievance.

4. The matter is stale, still, since the petitioner claims to be landless, the aforesaid liberty is granted to approach the Respondent No. 3, the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Hathua, District-Gopalganj.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
