JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is denial of difference of revised pay scale, D.A., G.I.C., refund of contributory Provident Fund Amount as well as difference of earned leave in the revised pay scale. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner superannuated on 31.7.2014 and till date the aforesaid dues have not been paid to the petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner has superannuated, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the University to examine the claim of the petitioner and if
Patna High Court CWJC No.2817 of 2020(2) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 the petitioner is found entitled to the payment of arrears of difference of pay revision and under various other head as indicated hereinabove, the respondents shall take appropriate decision and ensure payment thereof. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of 4 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
