Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner obtained appointment on the post of Panchayat teacher in primary school shivipur Islampur on the basis of forged and fabricated eudcational certificates.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without proper verification of educational certificates, the same have been declared to be forged and fabricated. He further submitted that petitioner has already been terminated from the post of Panchayat teacher. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned court of Camp District and Sessions Judge Nalanda at Hilsa in connection with Islampur P.S. case no39 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
