The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant made allegation that some unknown criminals made firing but nobody was injured in the firing. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Raju Kumar @ Shishir Kumar. Save and except confession no material is collected against the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner was apprehended but he fled away from the police station for that another case is lodged. The petitioner is in jail since 20.12.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38557 of 2015 (2) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 8 months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in Maranchi P.S. Case No. 79 of 2014.
