Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1336 of 2017(2) dt.17-11-2022 2/2 In this writ application, the prayer is to take legal action against private respondents as the petitioner apprehends threat to her life and her properties in the hands of the private respondents.
A counter affidavit has been filed in which it is submitted that the writ petitioner has not submitted any application at Mohanpur O.P. for instituting any case against the private respondents or even to provide protection as claimed by the writ petitioner. It is stated that the official respondents have on their own directed to keep watch on the situation. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this application has no merit, hence, it is dismissed accordingly.
