The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act and under Section 3 of the POCSO Act. The petitioner and other accused persons were found indulge in flesh trade and one girl aged about 20 years was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 17.06.2015 and many other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37564 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of Sri Om Prakash, the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Begusarai in POCSO Case No. 03 of 2015, corresponding to Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 70 of 2014.
