BAJANTHRI) 02-09-2024 The present MJC No. 256 of 2020 has been presented without producing copy of the order to be recalled, namely, order dated 19.11.2019 passed in LPA No. 85 of 2019.

2. Be that as it may, Registry has noted down order dated 04.02.2020 passed in LPA No. 1556 of 2018 and analogous appeal it has taken note of that the said connected LPA No. 85 of 2019 appears to be restored vide order dated

Patna High Court MJC No.256 of 2020(2) dt.02-09-2024 2/2 04.02.2020. There is a total non-application of mind by the petitioner in not ascertaining the day to day order sheet of LPA No. 1556 of 2018 read with the LPA No. 85 of 2019. Therefore, the petitioner's have abused the process of this Court, resultantly the present MJC No. 256 of 2020 stands dismissed with cost of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only).
