The petitioner seeks bail in Bidupur P.S. Case No. 402/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B), 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The victim was married to Abhay Kumar on 10.06.2013, but Alka Kumari, the victim is alleged to have been burn to death. The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner.
It is submitted that the informant participated in the cremation of the deceased who died due to accident while cooking food. The petitioner is in jail since 15.04.2015. He has already remained in jail for four and half months.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is father-in-law, the petitioner above named is directed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39345 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2015 2/2 to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Bidupur P.S.
