The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25(1-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 01.03.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Bodh Gaya (Cherki) P.S. Case No. 68 of 2015.
