The petitioner seeks bail in Bagaha P.S. Case No. 153/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Two persons were apprehended with the stolen motorcycle and one Anand Kumar Gupta confessed his guilt before the police and disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 17.07.2014. He has already remained in jail for more than one year and one month.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 153/2014.
