2. Earlier prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 20.9.2023.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the case, petitioner has married informant's daughter/the victim vide Nikahnama dated 18.10.2023 which fact is not controverted by learned counsel for the informant.

4. Considering the aforesaid development, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
