====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-04-2019 Heard Sri Amit Kumar Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhay Kumar Roy, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is named as one of the accused in a serious offence, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in Barhara P.S. Case No. 65 of 2018 registered under Sections 363, 367, 368, 370 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that as per F.I.R. itself, the informant (mother of the victim) has lodged the F.I.R. after 11⁄2 years.

However, on perusal of the record, it appears that during investigation, accusation was found true and against the petitioner, accusation under Sections 363, 367, 365, 370, 371/34

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8083 of 2019(3) dt.05-04-2019 2/2 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 14 of the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986 has been found true. In that view of matter, there is no reason to entertain the prayer for anticipatory bail.
